(More customer reviews)When i first received this pan..i had my doubts.It sat off to the side for about 3 months and finally tonight, i decided to make some banana chocolate chip muffins and they turned out great!The crust on the outer layer was crisp!Just the way i like it.Nothing stuck to the pan, but i did butter it up.Clean up is a snap.Remember, do not wash cast iron pans with soap, just use a scrub brush and hot water.I will be purchasing more Sante Cabin cast iron!
