Never mind though as the color (cobalt in this case) is beautiful and the craftsmanship is untouchable.We immediately made a cauliflower gratin in the dish after receipt and it came out beautifully.
In addition the dish looks great on the table.It's nice to have something that can go from oven to table with ease and good looks.
