(More customer reviews)I looked at a lot of ironing boards online and at local stores before purchasing this one.I was replacing an old heavy ironing board that my wife received from her mother that did not fold up due some broken part. This ironing board is light, adjustable, and folds up and locks in place very easily. The particular model that I purchased came with a clothes hanging bar that hangs off the back and provides a nice place to hang shirts and pants while you are ironing them. That model costs an extra ten dollars. This board is just as sturdy as the heavy old one I replaced despite its thinner tubing.I think it is because of the four legged design. It wobbles a little bit, but nothing bothersome at all. The only ironing boards that are more stable sell for a hundred dollars or more and are very heavy, extra wide, and bulky.Unless I ironed every day for a living, I would choose a lighter ironing board like this one that is easy to store. The only bad part about this product is the pad and cover that came with it.I bought a professional cover and pad for about twenty dollars and threw out the one that came with this board. The combination is perfect. If not for the thin useless pad that comes with this, and every other ironing table in this price range, I would have given it five stars.
